European AC3 Project Showcased at Spanish Astronomical Society Meeting

The publication titled “Distributed Processing of Integral Field Spectroscopy Data within the European AC3 Project”, authored by Cristina Catalán-Torrecilla from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM), was presented as a poster during the XVI Scientific Meeting of the Spanish Astronomical Society (SEA). The event took place from July 14 to 19, 2024, in Granada, Spain.

The poster highlighted the innovative approaches to processing Integral Field Spectroscopy (IFS) data within the framework of the European AC3 Project. By leveraging distributed computing techniques, the research addresses key challenges in handling the vast datasets generated by modern astronomical observations.

This contribution underscores the AC3 Project’s commitment to advancing computational solutions for astronomy, fostering collaboration, and enabling more efficient data analysis for the scientific community.
